GRANDE AA: PREMIUM
Country: Brazil / India
Brazil and India - a symbiosis of two high-quality natural products - 100% pure Arabicas.
The noble Brazilian is grown in tropical and subtropical regions of Brazil. Slow drying in the Brazilian sun pulls the flavour from the coffee cherry in the bean.
Indian coffee is particularly interesting because of its exceptional treatment process - the monsooning. After the harvest, the coffee beans are dampened by the monsoon rain and then dry naturally for several weeks as a consequence of the monsoon winds.
Both beans have low acidity and are therefore very digestible. A highland coffee with premium quality. Carefully roasted with a lasting, velvety crema- this coffee is ideal for preparations of espresso and coffee specialities. The taste of the Indian bean is soft and spicy with a tenderly melting but powerful body. The Brazilian bean has a rather balanced, consistend and velvety taste. Its body, however, is more spicy, strong and classy.
