Brazil is rightly described as a giant of the coffee market. Here grow around 4 million coffee trees and 75% of the crop is produced by small farmers.
The Brazilian Arabica beans have relatively low acidity, but like all Brazilian coffees they should be drunk "young".
The taste of Indian coffee is soft and spicy, with a powerful body.
Coffee is a major export of the Tasmanian economy. We use for our Arome pearlbeans, which are stronger flavoured than regular beans.
Our blend of Arabica and washed Robusta beans presents with a hazelnut brown to dark brown colour with reddish highlights.
The sense of smell registers an intense aroma with floral and fruity notes, the scent of toasted bread and chocolate.
The taste is harmonious, consistent and velvety, in which its bitter components are perceived well balanced.
