In Bad Dürkheim, in the middle of the Palatinate wine region at the German Wine Route, is the coffee factory Blank Roast. We roast our coffee beans with vine wood from the organic vineyards nearby. This technique is unique worldwide.
Our roasting master Holger K. Blank is particularly proud of the organic certification of his operation. "The certification by the GfRS Goettingen confirms that we adhere in the cultivation and processing to the guidelines of organic farming" says the head of the company. The labor-intensive activities in organic farming are rewarded by paying a fair price.
Furthermore, we make our coffee specialties exclusively of pure-grade beans, mostly of Arabica beans. These are refined in the classic tradition through the gentle slow roasting method. At the same time acids and irritants are removed. In this way Blank Roast coffees are also very gentle on the stomach.

Moore has been named after "Moor" because he, darker roasted than his "brother" Zente, is a little stronger. Anyhow, it is still very easy on the stomach due to our slow roasting method. Especially recommended for cappuccino, latte macchiato and Co.

A strong, aromatic coffee from Indonesia - a gentle treatment makes it a premium coffee with a light chocolate note. This comes combined with milk to best advantage. Zente is very digestible.
