Our used coffee cherries are of the highest quality. We purchase only selected, hand-picked and pure-grade - mostly 100% Arabica beans from different countries and provenances, such as Indonesia, Brazil and Bolivia. Partly they are from wild coffee bushes too.
To produce aromatic coffee, our roasting master Holger K. Blank visits the best growing areas in the world to talk with coffee growers and pickers on location.
In order to grow good coffee, great expertise is essential. Due to the personal relationship from Blank Roast to the coffee farmers a fair trade is assured in addition.
We put on the back of the pure-grad coffees the coordinates, so that any coffee lover can understand where his favourite coffee comes from. Why do not fly out?...have fun!
