In Brazil, thera are still the really good coffees from selected farms, which set value on traditional production methods. Only the ripe coffee cherries are picked by hand and dry in the sun. The slow drying in the Brazilian sun draws the flavour from the pulp of the coffee cherry in the bean. In this way the bean gains natural sweetness and fruity aroma and the coffee gets a sustainable full-bodied taste.
Mexican Arabica beans are slightly bitter and have a find, well-balanced flavour. They are the heart of many mixtures. The best beans come from the area of Moshi at the Kilimanjaro. They have a seductive fragrance.
The balanced blend of 100% pure Arabica beans is gently, separately roasted in a long-term process at low temparatures. Therefore, it is in particular beneficial, with a persistent crema. This coffee is excellent for making espresso or coffee with cream.
