The raw beans of this decaffeinated coffee grown in the tropical and subtropical areas of Brazil, the so-called "coffee belt". Our naturally mild coffee specialty we have called Sante, as it comes to us via the port of shipment Santos, south of Rio de Janeiro.
The green unroasted raw beans are refined and decaffeinated in a special process, so that there is no flavourful difference to the caffeinated Sante. When the decaffeinated raw beans of this naturally mild coffee arrive, they are roasted very carefully with our special vine wood roasting. Therefore they are extremely palatable, soft and harmonious.
A soft coffee with a naturally mild taste and with a slightly fruity touch. Slow drying in the Brazilian sun pulls the flavor from the coffee cherry in the bean. Natural sweetness and fruity aroma. Lasting full-bodied.
